Workshop Terms and Conditions

1. Attendance

• Our workshops are open to all interested individuals. While attending live sessions is encouraged, it is not mandatory. Active participation is recommended for the best experience.
• An internet connection and access to Teams are required for online workshops. Participants do not need a Teams account to join the session.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• If you need to cancel your attendance, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the workshop will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop may not be eligible for a refund. However, we will do our best to accommodate you in a future session.
• Workshops are recorded, so if you cannot attend live, you will have access to the replay.

3. Rescheduling

• If a workshop is affected due to the illness or unforeseen circumstances of the facilitator, an alternative date will be scheduled. Refunds will be offered to those who cannot attend the rescheduled date.

4. Participation

• Participants are encouraged to attend the workshop on time. Breaks will be provided throughout the session.
• Video and microphone functionality may be required for active participation, depending on the nature of the workshop.

5. Confidentiality and Conduct

• Confidentiality is a priority. All personal information shared during the workshop will be kept confidential. Participants will be asked to sign a confidentiality agreement. Content from the workshop may be used for promotional purposes with prior consent. However, as it is a group setting, we cannot guarantee that other participants will maintain confidentiality.
• Negative behaviour, including harassment or disruptive conduct, will result in removal from the workshop with no refund. Participants are expected to respect the privacy and opinions of others.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content provided during the workshop is copyright protected. Redistribution, copying, or sharing of workshop materials is prohibited without prior consent.

7. Access to Materials

• Participants will receive access to workshop materials and recordings through an online portal. This access is valid for 12 months from the date of the workshop.

8. Promotion and Future Use

• Clips, screenshots, and demonstrations from the workshop may be used for promotional and marketing purposes. If you prefer not to have your images or videos included, please notify us at nicole@mindset-for-change.com

9. Dispute Resolution

• In case of any disputes or issues, please contact nicole@mindset-for-change.com. We will make every effort to address and resolve the matter promptly.

10. Consumer Rights

• Workshops are organised and facilitated by Mindset for Change Ltd. Your consumer rights are protected as per applicable laws.
